I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the prompt and efficient service you provided me recently.

On Tuesday, January 14, 2003, the blower motor on my heat pump unit broke down, and was sending small amounts of smoke up through the heating vents on the ground floor.  The smoke was sufficient enough to set off the smoke detectors on the second floor of my home.  Needless to say, when the heat pump crashed, we had no heat on one of the coldest days of this winter.

At approximately 10:00 AM, I called your office and spoke to Valerie and told her of the problems I was having.  Valerie said she would call me right back.  True to her word, as always, Valerie called back within approximately 20-30 minutes to tell me a service technician was in route to my home.  I've talked to Valerie several times over the years and I have always found her to be very professional and efficient.

Many times in the past, I have been told by other service related industries that they would call me back or would be at my residence on a certain date and a time to perform a requested repair only to find out that they did not perform as promised.  In this day and age, people will put up with poor service, but not me.  That is why I continue to call Potter Electric.  The service has been great over the years.  Your people are truthful, helpful and dependable.
